1. Look for our WiFi network (usually named with our brand). 2. Connect to the network. 3. Open your browser - you'll be redirected to our login page. 4. Enter your internet token or purchase a package if you don't have one.
You can get an internet token in two ways: 1) Dial *713*3607# on your mobile phone and follow the prompts to purchase a package, or 2) Visit our web portal, register/login, and purchase a data package.
We accept mobile money payments through MTN Mobile Money, AirtelTigo Money, and other authorized mobile money services. Payments are processed securely and instantly.
Packages & Pricing
We offer various data packages ranging from daily plans to monthly subscriptions. Each package includes high-speed internet access with different data limits and validity periods. Check our packages page for current offerings.
When you reach your data limit, your internet access will be automatically suspended. You'll receive notifications at 75% and 90% usage. You can purchase additional data through USSD (*713*3607#) or our web portal to continue browsing.
Yes, you can upgrade to a higher package or change your plan at any time. Visit our web portal or dial *713*3607# to select a new package. The change takes effect immediately.
Technical Support
Slow speeds can be caused by: network congestion during peak hours, distance from the access point, device limitations, or reaching your data cap. Try moving closer to the WiFi source or connecting during off-peak hours.
Try these steps: 1) Ensure you're within range of our WiFi network. 2) Forget the network on your device and reconnect. 3) Restart your device. 4) Clear your browser cache. If issues persist, contact our support team.
Each internet token allows connection for one device at a time. If you need to connect multiple devices, you'll need separate tokens for each device or consider our business packages.
Account & Billing
You can check your data usage by: 1) Logging into our web portal and viewing your dashboard, or 2) Dialing *713*3607# and selecting the balance check option.
All purchases are final. We do not provide refunds for unused data or expired packages. However, if you experience service issues, we may issue credits at our discretion. Please contact support for assistance.
