Troubleshooting

Can't connect to WiFi?

  • Ensure you're within range of our WiFi network
  • Check that your device WiFi is turned on
  • Try forgetting the network and reconnecting
  • Restart your device and try again

Login page not loading?

  • Clear your browser cache and cookies
  • Try using a different browser
  • Check your internet connection

Payment not going through?

  • Ensure you have sufficient balance on your mobile money account
  • Check that you've entered the correct payment details
  • Wait a few minutes and check your account status
  • Contact your mobile money provider if needed

  • Check your data usage and package limits
  • Try connecting during off-peak hours
  • Move closer to the WiFi access point
  • Restart your device and router
