3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and internet tokens. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3.2 Acceptable Use
You agree to use our services in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:
- Illegal downloading or sharing of copyrighted material
- Hacking or unauthorized access to systems
- Distribution of malware or viruses
- Excessive bandwidth consumption that affects other users
- Any activity that violates local laws and regulations
3.3 Payment Obligations
You agree to pay all charges associated with your use of our services. Payment is due at the time of purchase and must be made through our authorized payment methods.
4. Service Availability and Limitations
4.1 Network Coverage
Our WiFi services are available at designated hotspot locations. Service availability may vary based on location, network conditions, and equipment maintenance.
4.2 Service Interruptions
We strive to provide uninterrupted service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure events.
4.3 Data Limits
Data packages have specific limits and durations. Once your data limit is reached or your package expires, your internet access will be suspended until you purchase additional data.

We accept payments through mobile money services including MTN Mobile Money, AirtelTigo Money, and other authorized payment providers.
5.2 Refund Policy
All purchases are final. Refunds are not provided for unused data or expired packages. In case of service issues, credits may be issued at our discretion.
5.3 Billing Disputes
Any billing disputes must be reported within 7 days of the transaction. We will investigate and resolve disputes in accordance with our policies.
